Jessica’s journey into healthcare began with a Bachelor of Arts in Physiology from the University of Minnesota, followed by a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the Milwaukee School of Engineering. She quickly realized that nursing offered the perfect blend of her interest in science and her desire to make a tangible difference in the lives of others. Jessica’s experience as a registered nurse across various clinical and hospital settings gave her a strong foundation in patient care, from assessing and administering treatments to collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the best outcomes for her patients. Her passion for improving patient care led Jessica to pursue her Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) with a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) focus at Bradley University, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude with Sigma Theta Tau honors. As an MSN student, Jessica gained experience across various specialties, including primary care, women’s health, orthopedics, neurology, and chronic disease management. Jessica’s work as an RN helped her hone her skills in patient education, communication, and leadership. She strives to establish strong, trusting relationships with patients, helping them feel heard and understood, and guiding them through advanced treatment plans. As a certified Family Nurse Practitioner, Jessica utilizes her advanced clinical training and experience to support adult and geriatric populations and provide patient-centered care that empowers individuals to take charge of their health. When she’s not caring for patients, Jessica enjoys spending time outdoors, exploring new hobbies, watching Netflix, and connecting with family and friends.
