Grover works closely with the Novari Primary Care patient accounts. He oversees that the insurances are helping their patients and works diligently to ensure Novari Primary Care is in compliance with the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services. He has a degree in Health Service Administration and uses this education to improve Novari Primary Care in a wide array of different capacities. Grover proudly served in the US Navy and served as a War Veteran in Desert Storm. He is a proud Papa with three grandchildren.

His hobbies include cooking — especially big holiday meals — and watching any local sports teams when they play.
